EXAMPLE OF REPAIRS THAT MAY NOT NEED PARTS

  • Slipping belt

  • Routine checkup
  • Recalibration
  • Is Your Treadmill belt slipping?
There might be up to three different reasons for slippage. Some simple, however some are more difficult. Fortunately, most slippage can be fixed without needing parts.
  • How often should I do preventative a maintenance?
Techmotion recommends a PM on your treadmill every 6 months.
  • Should I run at high Incline Levels?
Running at high incling levels puts strain on your incline motor and might cause it to break. Only run at high incline levels if you have a commercial unit or if you're willing to accept the eventual fate.
  • Do you always have problems keeping your tread-belt centered?
You might need a front roller or just a simple adjustment. The service technician can diagnose your problem on the first visit.
  • Do you find that your treadclimber keep burning out your motor?
Your solution is to replace it with a bigger motor. Be sure to purchase a continuous duty motor, with at least 2.5 horse powers. Call us for details.
  • Is your treadbelt sluggish or do you have speed fluctuations?
Those are symptoms of a worn walking belt. When your walking belt is worn, it requires more power to pull the belt, causing your motor and your control PCB to struggle.
  • What Territory Do We Cover?
We cover a 75 mile radius from elmwood park, NJ. Any jobs beyond that is assessed a surcharge of $25.00/hr, for every hour on the job.
