Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products and services we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will help you return your product in accord with our policy.
- Item or service must be purchased within 30 days.
- Returns must reach our address before the 30 day period is up.
- Motor controllers (controllers), consoles, power boards, and any other electronic boards must be installed by reputable fitness outlet to be returnable. (You will need the receipt from service company).
- Service or product issues must be reported to us before the 30 day warranty is up.
- All returns (except for defective parts) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Service is not refundable, however we can reschedule a second call for a service you are not satisfied with the original service work.
- Returns of electronic parts (except defective parts) are also subject to a 30% bench testing fee.
- There must be an RA # obtained from us before you ship back your package.
- Part/package must be returned to: TechMotion, 3160 Rt 611, Bartonsville, PA 18321.
- Any package that is refused or undeliverable to you will be charged to you for return of package and will be deducted from any refund.
- Only non-used parts can be returned for a refund. Used parts cannot be refunded, only exchanged.
- We will NOT refund shipping & handling charges on any returned items; this includes defective parts.
- Allow up to 30 days, from our receipt of the package, for your refund to be processed and issued back to you. Any chargebacks filed before this period will be charged $35.
- A $45 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a chargeback fee to TechMotion. We aggressively defend against chargebacks and work with collections agency to collect on our behalf.
Tangible products policy
By purchasing any tangible product from our website, via telephone or otherwise, you agree to all fees charged, and our 30 day refund policy. Any and all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. Customer will pay for all shipping costs to return item.

If you purchased a service from TechMotion, be aware that services are non-refundable as these are intangible and cannot be recouped once done. If you purchased any parts that were installed while doing the service-these will be refundable according to the guidelines outlined under "return guidelines".
