Where are you located?
Answer: Techmotion is located in East Stroudsburg, PA., with satellites and technicians all over the Tri-State area and the DC Metro area.
What is your price?
Answer: Prices vary depending on the service needed, the type of equipment and your location. You can browse our prices for different services here
Do you charge for return visits?
Answer: Yes we do charge. If you would like us to come out and install the parts, we do charge to come out. The price varies depending on the length of time it will take for the installation. If you think you might be able to self-install the part, we can ship the parts to you, however if the unit does not work after, we could not warranty the work and would not be liable.
Can I bring the Machine To You?
We work out of an office, with no shop area. Our techs generally go out to the site and work on the machines there.
Can you pickup and dispose of my fitness equipment?
Yes. Charge range from $100 - $300 depending on type of equipment. We only pickup certain types of equipment. Some machines we also pickup free of cost. Please call 877-805-1030 for details.
Can you come out today?
Answer: Generally we have to schedule the appointment for the earliest next day. Rarely we can do a same day job, if our tech happens to be in your area.
What are your payment methods?
Techmotion accepts all major credit cards. We no longer take checks and techs are no longer allowed to collects payment on site. All payment needs to be made via cc at office when appointment is booked.
When is my credit card Charged?
Your cc is charged on the day of service. We cannot specify what time.
Can I give my credit card on the day of service?
Yes (needs manager approval). We will contact customer on service date to get cc.
Why do you need my credit card before the work is done?
We need a cc to hold scheduled appointments. Cards are not charged until day of appointment.
What areas do you service?
Techmotion services NYC (Rockland & Westchester County), NJ, PA, Southern MD, Northern VA, Washington DC.
What equipment do you service?
Techmotion services any equipment you might find in a gym. We do not service any other type of sports equipment.
Can you figure out what part I need?
Only a technician can determine what the issues are with your equipment. Unfortunately, its very hard to determine via a phone call.
Do you have parts for my equipment?
We sell parts for various makes and model equipment. If your particular unit it will be listed on our website here.
What happens after the service call if I need parts?
You will receive an email in approximately 3 business days with a quote on additional parts and installation. If your parts are not available or is on back order, this will also be communicated via email.
Do you sell fitness equipment?
Yes we do. We sell the Endurance brand fitness equipment. See website for current selections. Techmotion do not manage a store front so any product you buy will have to be bought from our website. The item will then be shipped to you. Techmotion will provide assembly services if needed.
